在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆A(yù)sobi”漫展上，宣布墨家制作續(xù)篇。2018年12月22日在周年紀(jì)念活動(dòng)緣婦Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作決定。OVA于2019年6月14日在劇場(chǎng)上映，標(biāo)題為《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉諸懷 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分鐘，為原作者廣山弘六韜修原創(chuàng)搞笑劇情。正式BD/DVD于2019年11月27日發(fā)售。片尾以“To be continued…”及新畫(huà)面的形式布續(xù)作決定?
