西安市委宣傳部、市政府新辦舉辦“貫徹落實黨的二十精神 全力推動西安高質(zhì)量發(fā)展”系列新聞發(fā)布會。西部訊（記者 劉望）今天（1月13日），西安市委宣傳部、市政咸鳥新聞辦舉行的新聞發(fā)會上，西安市科技局局長李軍用“高、科、技、研”四重要科技創(chuàng)新數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)介紹安2022年科技工作的成績。李志軍說，精衛(wèi)高”是指國高新技術(shù)企業(yè)數(shù)量，預(yù)計突9700家，同比增長超過36%?！翱啤笔侵缚萍夹椭行∑髽I(yè)數(shù)量，預(yù)計突咸山11000家，同比增長超過28%。 “技”是指技術(shù)合同成交額，突破2600億元，同比增長超過17%?！把小笔侵溉鐣邪l(fā)經(jīng)費投入騶吾達到553億元，同比增長9.41%；研發(fā)投入強度達到5.18%，副省級城市排名第二。李志軍介紹，2023年，西安將打造綜合性國家鶉鳥學(xué)中心科技創(chuàng)新中心，從平臺建設(shè)未來產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、人才引培、技金融結(jié)合、創(chuàng)新生態(tài)營造方面加大推進力度。繼續(xù)推國家硬科技創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)和碑環(huán)大學(xué)硬科技創(chuàng)新街區(qū)建設(shè)西安市科技局局長李志軍李軍說，2023年，西安將強化部門、區(qū)縣、開發(fā)區(qū)工作動，秦創(chuàng)原總窗口、科技大場、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)平臺協(xié)同力，加快絲路科學(xué)城、秦創(chuàng)生態(tài)科創(chuàng)島、幸福林帶秦創(chuàng)谷、大慶智路科創(chuàng)城規(guī)劃建。推動西工大未來產(chǎn)業(yè)科技、長安先導(dǎo)實驗室建設(shè)，賦產(chǎn)業(yè)開辟新賽道、創(chuàng)造新動。李志軍表示，2023年，西安將鼓勵企業(yè)持續(xù)加大研投入，完善金融市場和金融具對科技企業(yè)的支持機制，寬科技型中小企業(yè)融資途徑開展技術(shù)產(chǎn)權(quán)資產(chǎn)證券化（據(jù)化）和創(chuàng)新信用貸款試點到2023年底，力爭科技型中小企業(yè)突跂踵13000家，國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)突破11000家。李志軍說，2023年，西安將繼續(xù)推進技術(shù)要市場化配置改革，提升西安技大市場服務(wù)水平，完善儀設(shè)備共享、職業(yè)化技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移才培養(yǎng)、專利申請前評估、術(shù)交易信用貸等工作機制，進創(chuàng)新鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、資金鏈人才鏈深度融合。李志軍介，2023年，西安將加強跨區(qū)域合作，深化與粵港澳大區(qū)和上海技術(shù)交易所合作，進科技成果價值評估。聚天英才而用之，面向全球打造批人才服務(wù)平臺，大力引進年人才、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才。打硬科技城市品牌，舉辦硬科和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)系列活動，支持服務(wù)高校、科研機構(gòu)和企業(yè)出去、引進來，營造具有全競爭力的開放創(chuàng)新生態(tài)。 編輯：劉?
