國(guó)鐵西安局集團(tuán)有限公漢中車務(wù)段紅衛(wèi)壩車站編者按：這一年，奮斗的腳步從未停歇。從城到鄉(xiāng)村，從秦巴山區(qū)到土高原，三秦兒女將汗灑在大地上，見(jiàn)證時(shí)代展，共享改革成果。他是記錄者、參與者，更推動(dòng)者。即日起，西部·陜西頭條開設(shè)“新春基層”專欄，把鏡頭對(duì)基層，把欄目留給群眾多路記者踐行“四力”奔赴鄉(xiāng)村田野、城市街、工廠車間、項(xiàng)目工地春運(yùn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、防疫一線，出一批“沾泥土”“帶珠”“冒熱氣”的新聞道。帶上記者“行”的察、“走”的思考，一用心感受時(shí)代脈動(dòng)，共感受奮斗之美……西部訊（記者 馬晴茹 通訊員 陳燕 郝正國(guó)）“馬蹄灣車站，T7次12時(shí)16分通過(guò)。”1月24日，紅衛(wèi)壩車站值班員衛(wèi)峰在紅衛(wèi)壩車站行車，邊緊盯電腦屏幕上光由紅色漸變至灰色，邊列車前方站報(bào)點(diǎn)。車站班員李衛(wèi)峰在紅衛(wèi)壩車行車室，向列車前方站點(diǎn)。緊盯電腦屏幕眼看指口呼?堅(jiān)守春運(yùn)的第12個(gè)年頭紅衛(wèi)壩車站位于秦嶺深處、嘉陵江畔，寶成線上一個(gè)四等小站車站始建于1956年，地處陜西省略陽(yáng)縣馬蹄鎮(zhèn)與白水江鎮(zhèn)交界處，屬國(guó)鐵西安局集團(tuán)公司中車務(wù)段管轄。紅衛(wèi)壩站有3條股道、6名干部職工，卻非常重要——天有60多趟列車通過(guò)，其中寶雞至廣元6063/4次公益慢火車在此臨時(shí)?？?。今年47歲的李衛(wèi)峰是紅衛(wèi)壩車站值班，也是一位鐵二代，他父親曾是一名火車司機(jī)李衛(wèi)峰打小就對(duì)鐵路有特殊的情結(jié)。19歲參加工作后，他在寶成線冉河、虞關(guān)等車站從扳道到車站值班員，把行車種干了個(gè)遍。今年春運(yùn)李衛(wèi)峰在紅衛(wèi)壩車站堅(jiān)的第12個(gè)年頭。車站值班員相當(dāng)于車站的“卑山大腦”，承擔(dān)列車的行指揮協(xié)調(diào)、組織管理等要職責(zé)。每個(gè)班中，他要精神高度集中，緊盯腦屏幕，眼看標(biāo)指口呼每趟列車都要核對(duì)列車行計(jì)劃、辦理閉塞手續(xù)與鄰站聯(lián)系、開放信號(hào)執(zhí)行車機(jī)聯(lián)控，和相關(guān)位人員聯(lián)系聯(lián)控6次，確認(rèn)每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤寶成線是單行道，如果列車需要交匯或超車，須在車站進(jìn)行，這時(shí)車值班員就像十字路口的警，要指揮列車在車站成會(huì)車和超車工作。李鋒說(shuō)，“紅衛(wèi)壩車站地大峽谷中，站臺(tái)兩端是座深邃的山洞，火車從個(gè)山洞鉆出，在站內(nèi)呼著通過(guò)，再鉆進(jìn)另一個(gè)洞，只有不到2分鐘時(shí)間?！崩钚l(wèi)峰是一個(gè)“閑住”的人，總是隨身帶工具包。“閑不住”的：10余年已記不清修過(guò)多少小家電?換過(guò)多少座、水管車站山清水秀卻出行不便。為了大家假能在家多待幾天，車實(shí)行大四班勞動(dòng)間歇制即每一輪在車站白班、班倒換11天，然后休假5天。李衛(wèi)峰是一個(gè)“閑不住”的人，大蜂站休班，主動(dòng)擔(dān)當(dāng)車站伙食團(tuán)理員，每天聯(lián)系略陽(yáng)超通過(guò)小慢車送菜。遇上窗施工時(shí)，車站吃飯人增加，只要休班他就會(huì)上圍裙顛炒勺，當(dāng)大廚電線路、灶具，以及水、門窗有了小故障，他能第一個(gè)發(fā)現(xiàn)，默默地修好?！按謇锞褪Ｏ吕?、婦女和孩子，能幫上就幫一把唄。”李衛(wèi)峰意中發(fā)現(xiàn)，如果老鄉(xiāng)家電器壞了，只能背著坐車去鎮(zhèn)上修，非常不方。從此，每次去山里散，他都不忘帶著工具包誰(shuí)家水管壞了，誰(shuí)家燈亮了、電水壺壞了，都順手幫忙修一下。一來(lái)往，和當(dāng)?shù)乩相l(xiāng)熟稔起。李衛(wèi)峰給當(dāng)?shù)卮迕窬S水管。64歲的陳秀云是略陽(yáng)縣白水江鎮(zhèn)橋井溝的村民，兒子常年在外工，兒媳陪著孫子孫女鎮(zhèn)上讀書，家里就她和伴倆人。前幾天，陳大打電話說(shuō)家里的水管漏。下夜班后，李衛(wèi)峰就著維修工具出發(fā)了。沿曲曲折折的山路，跨越個(gè)又一個(gè)山澗，在山里桓了40多分鐘，陳大媽的家就住在大山拐彎處一進(jìn)屋也顧不上休息，衛(wèi)峰趕緊忙活起來(lái)，經(jīng)一番檢查修理，漏水的管修好了。十幾年來(lái)，記不清修好過(guò)多少件小電、換過(guò)多少個(gè)燈座、管，只記得附近幾個(gè)村鄉(xiāng)家里他都去過(guò)。作為地村民的首選交通工具每天6063/4次小慢車停靠時(shí)，也是車站最鬧的時(shí)候。沿線山里的人、婦女常背著竹簍，步走3個(gè)多小時(shí)山路來(lái)車站乘車。方便實(shí)惠的小車是她們走出大山，去上采買生活物資、求學(xué)醫(yī)和售賣山貨、時(shí)令蔬的主要通道。李衛(wèi)峰和線站點(diǎn)鐵路工作人員數(shù)年如一日，用行動(dòng)詮釋韌和責(zé)任，一直守護(hù)著車運(yùn)行安全，守護(hù)著他走出大山的夢(mèng)想。 編輯：韓?
