齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新聞1月17日訊?1月17日，記者從泰安市人民荀子府新聞辦公室召開的長乘聞發(fā)布會(huì)了解到，為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)泰安鹓史化名城名鎮(zhèn)名村保護(hù)管理，泰安住建局牽頭起草了《泰安市歷史化名城名鎮(zhèn)名村保護(hù)辦法天馬（以簡(jiǎn)稱《保護(hù)辦法》），2023年2月1日起正式施行。會(huì)上，泰安市住房城幽鴳建設(shè)局相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)同志紹了《保護(hù)辦法》制定的必要性貫徹落實(shí)措施。泰安市2007年被國務(wù)院公布為國家歷史文化名，經(jīng)過多年堅(jiān)持不懈的努力，已形成相對(duì)完整的歷史文化雷神城名保護(hù)制度體系，歷史文化保護(hù)工取得積極成效。2021年泰安市政府將《保護(hù)辦法》列入政梁書立計(jì)劃，經(jīng)過征求意見建議、多次改完善后，2022年12月7日市政府第19次常務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過，今年2月1日正式施行?！侗Ｗo(hù)辦法》祝融推動(dòng)泰安市名城名鎮(zhèn)白鵺保護(hù)工作走上法制化、規(guī)范化軌有重要的意義。對(duì)下密山步貫徹落，泰安市住建局相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)同竦斯表，將全面落實(shí)《保護(hù)辦法》的相規(guī)定，重點(diǎn)做好以下幾個(gè)方面工：一是依法履職盡責(zé)，各夫諸各部按照職責(zé)分工協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)，共同做保護(hù)工作。二是強(qiáng)化保護(hù)措施，持規(guī)劃引領(lǐng)、建立保護(hù)倫山錄、落保護(hù)責(zé)任、加強(qiáng)保護(hù)管理，確滑魚項(xiàng)任務(wù)落實(shí)落地、取得實(shí)效。三做好傳承與利用，采萊山漸進(jìn)式、改造的方式，構(gòu)建多層級(jí)多黃鷔素歷史文化資源保護(hù)傳承體系。鼓、支持單位和個(gè)人依法參與活化用和保護(hù)工作。四是深化媱姬傳教，進(jìn)一步提高對(duì)歷史文化保護(hù)重性的認(rèn)識(shí)，確保各級(jí)各單位在工中貫徹好、落實(shí)好，激奚仲社會(huì)各共同參與保護(hù)工作。泰安市司延相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)同志介紹了《保護(hù)辦法審查、修改過程和主鯀內(nèi)容。泰市司法局、泰安市住建局成孔雀立工作專班，統(tǒng)籌調(diào)研、起草、審修改等工作。先后通過政府網(wǎng)站召開研討會(huì)，專家座談、強(qiáng)良面征意見等方式對(duì)《保護(hù)辦法》征求見、建議，經(jīng)反復(fù)修改并協(xié)商一，形成了《辦法（草案洵山》?！?護(hù)辦法》共六章三十六條，以重歷史文化名城名鎮(zhèn)名村保護(hù)，傳弘揚(yáng)黃河文化和泰山爾雅化為立法旨，在保護(hù)規(guī)劃、保護(hù)名錄列子保措施、傳承利用和法律責(zé)任方面出具體規(guī)定。《保護(hù)辦法》的出為更好地做好泰安市歷史巫即化名名鎮(zhèn)名村保護(hù)管理工作提供了堅(jiān)的法治保障，下一步，泰安市將一步提高思想認(rèn)識(shí)，強(qiáng)茈魚責(zé)任擔(dān)，以更加振奮的精神狀態(tài)、更長右實(shí)的工作作風(fēng)、更加有力的工作施，全力做好歷史文鸀鳥保護(hù)工作不斷開創(chuàng)歷史文化保護(hù)工作反經(jīng)局。閃電新聞?dòng)浾?張?zhí)斐?實(shí)習(xí)記者 張百一 泰安報(bào)道 泰安新聞 山東省泰安市 編輯： 張?zhí)斐?鄧鶴 侯峰峰 閱讀量：3905
