陳思遠正在備糕點原材。林波 攝“這是我在大的第十個春。”1月25日，在浙江寧波市象山石浦漁港古的拓遠甜品內(nèi)，來自臺的“美食達”陳思遠正著切紅薯，這些紅薯要來制作糕點春節(jié)期間購的人比較多正在趕工。春節(jié)不打烊陳思遠的別過節(jié)方式。日，記者在思遠的店內(nèi)意到，店內(nèi)無虛席，還些許客人正店外排隊等，每桌客人約而同地點雪花冰和脆泡芙?！按?泡芙是我們主打甜品。據(jù)陳思遠介，在改良甜配方后，其感得到了當人的認可，縣城里擁有多回頭客，們是我事業(yè)展的重要客?！标愃歼h在切紅薯。波 攝2012年4月，陳思遠和父親振東瞄準大甜品市場，啟了創(chuàng)業(yè)之——制作原原味的臺灣茶和甜品。父親退休后陳思遠便扎在這座小鎮(zhèn)在這條古街中制作著甜，迎接四方客。“對我這個行業(yè)而，春節(jié)是最的時節(jié)?！?商言商，陳遠直言春節(jié)任何一個商都不想放棄黃金時間段“鄂A”“蘇B”“粵A”……這個春，行走在漁馬路上，陳遠發(fā)現(xiàn)自新病毒感染實“乙類乙管后，外地車又多了，“鎮(zhèn)的人氣回了，在工作感受到了春客流量的提，甜蜜的煩又來了?！?節(jié)假期無疑這條古城老帶來了諸多流，從下午晚上，陳思的甜品店也隨老街的節(jié)忙碌起來。思遠的店內(nèi)無虛席。林 攝同樣忙碌的場景也出在寧波市海區(qū)的梁家院。來自臺灣梁家院創(chuàng)始梁宸郡正忙準備充滿家味的“臺菜。梁宸郡于2007年來到大陸。大學就讀室內(nèi)設和餐飲管理業(yè)的她，選“臺菜”作創(chuàng)業(yè)的突破，將臺灣美“搬”到大，創(chuàng)立了“家院”戶外烤和臺式私菜。如今，了原汁原味臺菜外，梁郡還將甬菜臺菜融合，出創(chuàng)新菜，也打開了梁院的市場，引了諸多食慕名前來。越是忙碌，感到充實。喜愛熱鬧的宸郡表示，節(jié)期間也有少臺灣朋友餐，“春節(jié)團圓的日子部分在大陸春節(jié)的朋友吃家鄉(xiāng)菜，提前來這邊訂?！庇慰?嘗酥皮泡芙林波 攝與此同時，在寧市奉化區(qū)溪鎮(zhèn)的臺灣風小吃店，臺曾翊展正忙招呼客人。是他在大陸辦的第四家店，也是第家集臺灣小于一體的復店。除了楊酥外，店內(nèi)有臺灣鹽酥、臺灣夜市焰骰子牛、豆餡車輪餅“臺式”美?！耙粋€字忙’！”這天，曾翊展得特別扎實買菜、換醬、鋪貨、打、搬貨，每項流程都親親為，“春期間工人短，就自己全了?！睂徱?下，不同于眾的“休假式”，在忙中感受生活火氣，成了少“登陸”胞的“春節(jié)式”。 編輯：高佳?
